Getting Hitched and Honeymooning!
7/7/2018
Getting Hitched and Honeymooning! After three kiddos, buying a house, and surviving 11 years of each others shenanigans, we decided to tie the knot and make everything official! Everything went perfect! We had our wedding at Osage Hills, and it could not have been more beautiful! The staff went out of their way to help make our day special! The HoneymoonLas Vegas - Hoover Dam- Grand CanyonWe've NEVER been away from our kids more than a day/over night stay! Earlier this year, after we made our wedding announcement, we went to Colorado for the weekend. That was our first weekend away from the kids! Then, this time, we were away for SEVEN DAYS! So many emotions! We all survived without each other! Haha! Jonathan's mother, Janis, kept the kiddos for us. We are forever grateful for her. Viva Las Vegas! Oh, did we eat so so so good! From Nachos, Tacos, Burgers, Steaks and more! We walked around 20,000 steps each day we were there! Thank goodness for the beer that kept us hydrated! We seen many interesting people on the strip and Fremont street, to say the least. Definitely, not kid friendly! fyi! We loved every step of it though! . . . Hoover Dam! What an awesome experience! I love all the information you learn from the museum they have on site! . . . Grand Canyon! Best for last! We were able to visit the Grand Canyon on the way home. Breathtaking view after another! We visited the North Rim and was able to drive through the Vermilion Cliffs, as well! Next time, we will take the time to actually hike down into the canyon! I can't wait! I hope you enjoyed all our pictures! Now it is time to put in some work! I had a blast, but missed beading! I'm excited to have some new inspiration to work with! The shop will be back open this Tuesday, July 10th from 10-3PM!
